Delivery policy

At Foya we provide the following shipping methods:

• Australia post eparcel
• Courier please

We use reputable services Australia post and Courier please as delivery our products.

All the orders will be shipped out from our warehouse at the same business day if order is made before 3:00PM.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free Australia wide.

For order express shipping if you choose a flat rates of delivery charge will apply.

Delivery time frame

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Mulgrave Victoria. As a general guideline, 2-3 business days to major cities.  For more remote areas, delivery may takes up to 5 business days.

Occasionally there are delay with couriers, especially during holiday seasons which may affect delivery time frames so your patience is greatly appreciated.

Track your order

Order shipped can be tracked and we will send you a conformation email (containing your shipping tracking number) after tour order is shipped out from our warehouse.

Disclaimers

Wrong address – Please fill in your delivery address carefully. Wrong address will cause extra redelivery charge.

Lost goods – If you have given authority to delivery merchandise without signature, you accept full responsibility if your parcel is lost or stolen from your property.
